LIFE IN SAMPA

Life in Sampa

My trip to São Paulo was somewhat planned in advance, as I mentioned in the previous post (link if you haven’t read it).

Here I emphasize how important the support of the family is for those who are moving to a new city and especially at a time when everything is a challenge. So, I thank my family for that.

Life in Sampa started in the arrival at the airport in São Paulo. My photography side was starting and I didn't even know.
Just arrived in the Airport, just like a fresh face! 😂 Mid 2010
Starting with the part of the apartment, which I had rented without seeing so that when I arrived in São Paulo I would already have a place to stay. Since everything would be paid by me and with the help of my family. (Yes, for male models, nothing is free). For some girls, especially the younger ones and with potential, the agency still helps with something. Here is not the main subject, then, without much detail.

The problems started right away. When I went to the apartment, it wasn’t really just an apartment. But a hostel. Falling apart. Without a part of the ceiling. Dark environment and without windows. A typical horror movie house practically. Not to mention that there was a pipe in the middle of the wall where the water flows go through. Pretty cool, isn’t it? 😂

After all, I’m so glad my mom was with me and helped me with some things. Then the search for another apartment soon started, which caused absolute stress as we had to rent a hotel last minute for around 10 days. Meanwhile we had to find another apartment. After a few breakdowns, we found a very good and well-located apartment. 🙏🏼

Finally, I could now start my life in Sampa. Organize everything and focus on my goals. 😁
